1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "You") and Patched Custom ("Company", "We", "Us"). By placing an order, accepting a quote, approving an artwork proof, or making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Artwork Proofing & Order Approval
Every custom patch order undergoes a strict verification process to ensure accuracy before production begins:

Free Digital Proof: Prior to commencing manufacturing, we supply a detailed digital proof showcasing patch dimensions, thread colors, border style (merrowed or laser-cut), backing type (iron-on, velcro hook & loop, sew-on, adhesive), and embroidery coverage.

Free Revisions: You may request unlimited revisions to your digital artwork mockup until you are 100% satisfied with the design.

Final Proof Approval: Once you grant explicit written approval of the proof, production commences immediately. Changes cannot be made to physical batches once embroidery or PVC molding has started.
3. Intellectual Property & Copyright Warranty
When submitting designs, logos, insignias, or crests to Patched Custom, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and trademark rights to reproduce the artwork.
Customer Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Patched Custom against any copyright, trademark, or patent infringement claims arising from the manufacturing of custom artwork submitted by you.
4. Pricing, Currency & Payment Terms
Custom patch quotes are determined by physical size, backing mechanism, stitching density, and quantity.
- All quotes provided are comprehensive, with no hidden setup or digitizing fees unless explicitly quoted.
- We support transactions in multiple major currencies (USD, GBP, CAD, EUR, AUD) via secure payment gateways.
- Custom orders must be paid in full prior to mass production dispatch, unless corporate credit terms have been arranged in advance.

6. Manufacturing Tolerances & Color Matching
Custom embroidery and woven badges involve needlework and physical textiles. While we strive for exact Pantone PMS matching, slight color variations may occur between computer monitor displays (RGB/CMYK) and physical polyester/rayon embroidery threads. Minor dimensional tolerances of ±1-2mm are standard across the embroidery industry.
